The Cleveland Seed Bank’s annual Winter Seed Swap is a vibrant gathering of local growers, seed savers, and community partners sharing seeds (and seed stories!) with one another.
Seed Swap 2024 guests are encouraged to share their seeds, bulbs, tubers, plant cuttings, kombucha scoby, kefir grains, sourdough starters, and other fermentables. All viable flower, herb, and vegetable seeds are welcome! If you bring something hand-collected to swap, please label it with all important info other guests would need to know.
Bringing seeds is not required, and you can learn more about how the Seed Swap works in this coverage of last year’s event.
Cleveland Seed Bank members enjoy early admission to the Winter Seed Swap with priority access to heirloom seeds from 1:00 - 2:00 PM. Click here to become a member.
We will also be collecting non-perishable, unexpired food for St. Patrick’s Hunger Center during this event.
